Abstract:

This study explores swallowing biomechanics in infants with laryngomalacia using objective, validated quantitative measures from Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies. We aim to determine how laryngomalacia type and severity affect swallowing physiology and the impact of surgical management. Findings will inform targeted interventions to improve health outcomes for affected infants.
