We are pleased to share with members and associates Speech-Language & Audiology Canada's new 2022-2025 Strategic Plan.
Our renewed 2022-2025 SAC Strategic Plan will serve as our Association's road map until the end of 2025 and will guide our focus on time and resources as an Association over the next 3years in order to serve the unique ongoing needs of our member professions. Development of the plan began in fall 2020 and involved input from SAC members and associates, internal and external stakeholders, the SAC Board of Directors and staff. The plan is based on key findings from SAC’s ongoing equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) work with our consultancy firm, HRx and our 2021 Membership Survey
The new strategic plan focuses on three key objectives: Advocate, Inform and Engage. Each objective is supported by key strategies developed to help us advance our objectives over the next 3years. Through the objectives and strategies outlined in the plan SAC will focus on key clinical and professional areas such as: long-term care, private practice, school services, autism, swallowing and feeding disorders, tinnitus and other sound tolerance disorders.
