Emotional Responses to the Shape of Pureed Foods Survey

You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Elizabeth Muggah (Master of Science Candidate, muggahe@uoguelph.ca), Dr. Lisa Duizer (supervisor, Iduizer@uoguelph.ca), and Filippo Iozzo (research assistant, fiozzo@uoguelph.ca) from the Department of Food Science at the University of Guelph. The data is being collected for Elizabeth Muggah's Master's thesis. The results will be presented at a professional conference and written for publication in scientific journals.



The study will examine the appearance of pureed foods.

Pureed meals presented with different shapes will be evaluted based on the liking of appearance, expected liking, and emotional responses.


Participants will be entered into a draw for one of two $25 Loblaws gift cards.
