The Road Ahead - Staying the Course

The call for abstracts for the 2021 Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Conference is now open! Submit your abstracts for workshops, oral papers and poster presentations for the 2021 Conference before May 21, 2021.
 
The Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Conference is the foremost national conference in Canada focusing on hospice palliative care. Due to the ongoing public health recommendations around large gatherings, the CHPCA will be presenting the 2021 conference online. This event provides hospice palliative care professionals, volunteers, family/informal caregivers and other allied health care providers with an opportunity to share their experience and expertise on a national platform.
 
The theme for the 2021 conference is: ‘The Road Ahead - Staying the Course’
 
This conference provides doctors, nurses, pharmacists, hospice palliative care and other allied healthcare professionals, as well as caregivers, volunteers, spiritual advisers and social workers with the opportunity to share their experience and expertise on a national platform. This event expects to attract 500-800 hospice palliative care professionals.
 
The CHPC Conference will take place online on October 21 - October 22, 2021,
