Speech-Language Pathologists working within our healthcare system are continually having to adapt their practices to an ever-changing landscape.

This conference will look at the 'ins and outs' of private practice from the logistics of setting up a private practice for the first time, to making sure established practitioners in your company are reaching their maximum potential.

The conference will offer a chance to network with colleagues from across the business cycle, ranging from those who are in the planning stages to those who have already established successful practices.

Goals of the conference: demystifying self-employment by providing context within which Speech-Language Pathologists can begin to think about their marketable skills; offer the skill requirements and business aspects of setting up and maintaining a successful practice; provide information that is distinctly tailored to the needs of Speech-Language Pathologists contemplating establishing an independent professional practice in Ontario, and offer to those who are currently in a successful private practice an opportunity to speak with business professionals.0

Come hear the professionals who can answer your questions, and network with colleagues who are in private practice. There will also be financial advisors, and other Exhibitors attending.
