In this presentation, participants will study the conceptual underpinnings of the ICF-CY and their influence on how speech-language pathologists understand and respond to the needs and abilities of English-language-learning children. We will use case studies to demonstrate the multidimensional view of the functioning of ELL children afforded by the framework.
