5-Minute Kids™ is an alternative program for delivering services to students with speech sound disorders by scheduling short, individual drill sessions. This program requires little planning for the professional and minimal time out of the classroom for the student. This is a how to seminar which will cover the following topics:

  • Developing materials and drill lists
  • Organizing student folders to record data and progress
  • Implementing the program
  • Writing IEPs to address the 5-Minute therapy
  • Creating simple games and activities for therapy

The 5-Minute Kids™ program has also been successful for students with language or fluency goals and examples of activities for these areas will be addressed. Documented results of the success of this program will also be presented.
