OAC a \u00e9galement soulev\u00e9 la question dans sa\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">soumission\u00a0pr\u00e9budg\u00e9taire\u00a0f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de 2026<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, recommandant que les personnes vuln\u00e9rables et\u00a0les\u00a0mineurs soient exempt\u00e9s des quotes-parts du PFSI afin de r\u00e9duire le fardeau administratif et les enjeux \u00e9thiques pour les fournisseurs de soins de sant\u00e9 qui offrent des soins financ\u00e9s par\u00a0les fonds publics.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00c0 la suite de ces efforts de d\u00e9fense des int\u00e9r\u00eats, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a apport\u00e9 des\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ifhp.medaviebc.ca\/fr\/tableaux-des-avantages\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">modifications au PFSI qui sont entr\u00e9es en vigueur le 31\u202fjuillet\u202f2026<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Plusieurs produits et services sont pass\u00e9s de la couverture suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la couverture de base et ne sont donc plus assujettis \u00e0 la quote-part de 30\u202f%. Parmi les changements qui concernent les membres d\u2019OAC figurent certaines fournitures d\u2019alimentation et certains appareils respiratoires, ainsi que les implants cochl\u00e9aires et les dispositifs auditifs \u00e0 ancrage osseux.
