This participatory session highlights the process, findings and products of an interdisciplinary research project exploring work readiness. Participants will generate and analyze qualitative information and plan to develop evidence-based educational resources. Participants will be able to apply work readiness concepts to work settings and explore use of qualitative research in the development of educational and advocacy resources.
