
Speech-Language Pathologist - Hanna Area

We are searching for a dynamic health professional to join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving Hanna and neighboring areas. Our ideal candidate will have clinical training and educational background in speech production, language understanding and expression, stuttering, voice health and swallowing disorders. You will provide a broad range of clinical services relevant to prevention, assessment, diagnosis, counselling and rehabilitation. Collaboration with other health care professionals may be required for specialized referrals.
This is a part time position to commence immediately. Hours are flexible to accommodate applicant availability with student needs. You must possess a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology (or equivalent). You must be registered or be eligible to be registered with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA). You must also possess a valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s license for travel to all schools within the division. Access to a fleet vehicle is available. Excellent communication skills, effective planning and organizational strategies, and the ability to contribute within a school team environment are essential. Confidentiality is imperative.
