The Chief Executive Officer has primary responsibility for the fulfillment of the mission and the strategic initiatives of the association. The CEO provides leadership to the Board of Directors and staff related to association operations, Board directives and emerging national issues. She represents the association and its positions to government and works in concert with the provincial associations and regulators to serve member and associate needs. |

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for leading the financial activities of the organization. This includes accounting, financial reporting (internally and externally), treasury functions as well as interfacing with bankers, auditors and other service providers. In addition, the CFO provides strategic advice to the CEO and management staff. He is also responsible for developing policies and management frameworks to mitigate organizational risk and ensure organizational health. |

The Director of Audiology provides leadership and expertise on issues related to audiology. Serving as SAC’s lead audiology content expert, the director acts as a resource to SAC staff, members/associates and the public. As part of the senior management team, the director develops and implements program initiatives that promote SAC’s position of professional issues. The Director of Audiology also represents SAC on various national and international committees. |

The Director of Speech-Language Pathology and Communication Health Assistants provides leadership and expertise in issues related to speech-language pathology and communication health assistants. Serving as SAC’s lead speech-language pathology content expert, the director acts as a resource to SAC staff, members/associates and the general public. As part of the senior management team, the director develops and implements program initiatives that promote SAC’s position on professional issues. This Director also represents SAC on various national and international committees. |

Working collaboratively with the communications team, she ensures that all promotional activities and materials are strategically conceived, diligently planned, effectively executed and measured against relevant benchmarks. |

Vacant Position Audiology Advisor |
The part-time Audiology Advisor provides assistance, expertise and guidance to SAC staff, members and associates regarding audiology-related issues including standards. She coordinates and facilitates special projects on issues relating to the profession; facilitates ad hoc committees and represents SAC on external partner committees as required; and evaluates internationally-trained audiologists in their application for audiology membership in SAC. |

The Financial Coordinator is responsible for SAC's day-to-day accounting and financial matters. This role also provides support to the C.F.O and includes other ad hoc duties and projects. The Financial Coordinator's main areas of focus are accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payroll, accounts analysis, and reconciliation. |
